WOW!!! was he correct, not only did Cory gain my attention, he got contact information and continued to follow up as I expressed interest, meeting expectations, never aggressive or demanding. The purchase was for my wife; but he continued to give options and information, listening to what she wanted, always assuring we would be HAPPY. He gathered all the information prior to me making it to the sales floor; and had me in and off the lot in LESS than 2 hours. I have purchased or leased well over a dozen brand new cars; and have NEVER, EVER been treated with the courtesy and professionalism I got last night!! The process was smooth, even fun and the wife got the car she really wanted. First Service We recently moved to Sonoma County from the East Bay and took our 2010 Accord to Manley Honda for service primarily because of some grinding noises We recently moved to Sonoma County from the East Bay and took our 2010 Accord to Manley Honda for service primarily because of some grinding noises we heard when slowing down and braking. The service rep who handled our service, Jose Rocha, suggested that we have a 60K service done to establish a baseline (and to ensure that there were no significant items that we should address). As it turned out, our car needed front and rear brakes so Jose's recommendation was spot-on. Jose was very personable and impressed us with his honesty -- something we have not always encountered when having our cars serviced. As an example, we told him that the tire TPMS sensor light appeared on the dash, but not consistently. He recommended not to do anything about this sensor until we replace our tires; this approach would save us some $$ by not having to pay twice for essentially the same. service.. The service area/waiting room was clean and bright and very comfortable,making the wait very pleasant. All the other personnel seemed very friendly and happy to be working at Mandy Honda. More

The waiting room is also comfortable and I could concentrate on my interests, and catch up with the good ole American paperwork. The temp was perfect, and there is coffee, too. More
