He discussed all the options I wanted and didn't try to sell me on other options. He did tell me all of my options, but never pushed them on me. I buy new vehicles pretty regularly and this experience was by far the easiest and least stressful I've ever had. I'll go back to Manly again and I highly recommend them. Thank you for making this experience so painless. To quote one of the the other dealers "if he's really going to sell you that vehicle at that price, do it, I can't come anywhere close to it" More
Overpriced, and extra hassle I dropped my car off at Manly for a simple oil change. I had received an email stating there were deals on services, and a cheap oil change was one o I dropped my car off at Manly for a simple oil change. I had received an email stating there were deals on services, and a cheap oil change was one of them. I made the appointment, but wasn't thinking about the email when I dropped the car off. I don't remember what the totals were, but the oil change and air filter was near $200. I guess that's my fault for not reminding them of the coupon. The guy at the desk was pleasant, but the shuttle driver was beyond rude. I called the number they gave me at the end of the day and the guy was actually upset because he was "supposed to get off an hour ago". I don't remember many of the details because this happened several months ago. I really wasn't interested in leaving a review at all, but after receiving spam every week after repeatedly unsubscribing, I have had enough. Oh, and when I bought the car, the salesman told me I was low-balling him and there's no way they'd sell the car for what I offered. 5 days later, it popped up on Autofinder (or wherever I was looking) for the exact same price. I should never have gone back. Lesson learned. More

NO ONE asked if I wanted them...free advertising for your dealership. I didn't buy the car there and I never had it serviced there before but I had to get an A1 service done so came in. I called Jesse the rep who helped me and never got a call back. You took advantage of me being a woman, don't believe you'd do that to a man and I find it disrespectful, manipulative and sneeky. Not too happy with Manly and I might go to yelp on this. That's why below ratings ar so low. More
Normally have a great experience. I chose a later time (new hours) for oil change and was not checked in for over 45 min. Had to go get help from the customer service desk. I ended up being the last one there and people came in after me for service. I was just getting an oil change. Anyway, the nice girl at customer service ended up getting my paperwork and helping me pay and check out. There was one service agent working and he was busy. Might want to have 2 at later hours. Anyway, I will be back because normally this never happens. I will not choose the later time though. The employees working were very nice and apologetic More
