Excellent Customer Service I came into Manly Honda looking to buy a car. Mr.Tom Larson was the first to greet me. He introduced himself and asked how he could help. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me all my options. He explained everything in detail, leaving me with few questions to ask. I told him that I needed time to think things over and that I would get back to him when I decided. There was never any pressure from Mr. Larson. I left feeling very comfortable with my experience. I soon came back in and Mr. Larson helped me with the sale. I was extremely satisfied with the selling price. Mr. Larson then took me to to see Mr. Tom Henschel, in the service department. Tom Henschel explained my loan options in detail. I was very comfortable with his caring manners. I felt comfortable in choosing what I need. However, it appears from the records brought up that there is no record of key elements of the 90,000 mile service having been done as prescribed when I bought the car from Manly at about 94000 miles and at that time I was assured that service was up to date. When I headed to the dealership to take a look at the car Mark gave me Michael Warrens contact information and he met me right out front and showed me the car right away. He was also very helpful in answering all of my questions. I was nervous as it was my first time buying a car but everyone at the dealership was so friendly.
