Carlos was courteous and helpful. He listened to me and helped me check out a reluctant side door on my Honda Odyssey, before and after my appointment to replace the airbags. When I came to pick up my car, he came out to make sure the side door was working for me. He didn't want to send me on my way without it working to my satisfaction. That's customer service. More
