I came in with an appointment as both my headlights had been going out at the same time, multiple times. I didn’t really feel Jordan took the time to understand the issue, and instead of offering to take a been going out at the same time, multiple times. I didn’t really feel Jordan took the time to understand the issue, and instead of offering to take a look, he required me to sign authorizing a $210 exploratory fee to figure out the problem. An hour and a half later, I was given no explanation other than my headlights were just burnt out. I felt like I had been tricked into paying this “exploration fee”. When I went to the parts counter to purchase headlight replacement, the gentleman working was extremely helpful, and I felt he actually cared about my car issue, not just taking as much money from me as possible. I would return again to the parts counter, and for a free checkup. But More

It was a bad experience, scratched my window when driving my rig around, Curtis gave some bs about no tink on ca. No heat on drivers side. Returned rig, then all of a sudden they can fix it. Then Curtis want my rig around, Curtis gave some bs about no tink on ca. No heat on drivers side. Returned rig, then all of a sudden they can fix it. Then Curtis wanted the loaner rig back. Three trips all at my expense. Definitely not going to be a repeat customer. Still waiting for the pokea dot wax to be removed. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. More
