We knew we we buying a car. We met with Alex and he asked a few questions that identified us as someone who had certain needs and wants. We walked around a little aimlessly at first when he made some good points and narrowed our focus to a select few cars. We drove the first one, and we loved it. We were ready to sign. He suggested we take a load off our feet and then he brought up a couple other options -just in case we see something that would fit our needs better. We looked at two other cars after that. The first one was beautiful but had a small rip in the leather rear seat and we wanted to see the other one. We took it that we took a look at the Acura and we both knew that this would be the perfect car for us. It had everything the first car we looked at and was a little bit newer and roughly the same price. We both drove the car and it swept us off her feet. We told them we would take it and we sat down traded some stories had some fun and talked about things that we were in common with and we enjoyed the whole process from beginning to finish. Nice job Alex, you are professional, courteous, and easy to like. Then we sat down with him the sales manager, Ali. The signing process went swift and we understood what we were doing and was 100% happy with everybody involved. He answered all of our questions and even offered us the knowledge of things we didn’t even know. I would recommend based on our experience. More
