I worked with Stephan Jenkins he was friendly, honest, responsive, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the guy who was my server, he did all he could do to help me. But I am not happy with Manly Honda and Zurich insurance, they did not responded to me and I had to pay from my packet my all he could do to help me. But I am not happy with Manly Honda and Zurich insurance, they did not responded to me and I had to pay from my packet my car to be fixed. When I bought the car I got the insurance who was going to cover electric problems another problems. How ever my car’s problem was in the electric window it was not getting up. Manly honda told me was no electric problem and neither manufactured problem, and I have to pay from my packet to be fixed my car. but I think was manufacture problem or electric. I spend a lot of money to baying the extra insurance call Zurich insurance which was goin to cover 7 year or 100,000 milles, but my car only has 51,00 milles, and they did not responded, I am not happy with Manly Honda and neither with Zurich insurance, More
Javier conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was more interested in helping me get why I wanted in a vehicle, than trying to make a sale. Understandable he is trying to sale a vehicle, but supported me in getting the vehicle of my choice. Javier demonstrated excellent knowledge of the vehicles in the Honda fleet. He answered all of my questions without delay. Javier worked with me remotely to complete documents in advance so I would not need to spend as much time sitting around at the dealership. Javier offered to bring the vehicle to my home so I could do a test drive. He did an excellent job explaining the vehicle features and how to efficiently and safely operate my new hybrid. Prior to working with Javier, I attempted to work with two other sales persons at the dealership. It may not be fair to compare them to Javier, however I am going to anyway. They lacked the ability to develop or maybe time to develop a rapport with me. Response to my questions were slow. I felt like just another inquiry that they had to handle. I am happy that I finally ended up with Javier. Had I not, I most assuredly would have purchased my vehicle at a different dealership. Mary More
We needed a vehicle to handle disabled passenger and medical equipment - Manly put us into a 2017 Honda Pilot and it worked out great.
