I drove the car and the same day another buyer also wanted it, so I was in second place, they backed out and I made an appointment to purchase that car the next day, they had the car all day, knew I wa wanted it, so I was in second place, they backed out and I made an appointment to purchase that car the next day, they had the car all day, knew I was coming at 6PM to purchase the car and the car wasn't detailed and ready to go when I got there, the detailers could have done a better job. Then they tried to get me to purchase a $4400 service contract or extended warranty when I did ask or want one. Then when it was time to sign the paperwork and leave, because I rejected all the other $5000 in costs for extras, Nick Vondrak or Ali Tanbakuchi (I list both because I'm not sure who he was because they look the same) spoke to me in a condescending manner and tone which pissed me off even more, but since my daughter and Ex-wife was there with me I didn't tell him what and xxxxxxx he was and that I didn't appreciate him trying to humiliate me in front of my family. So was it a good experience.? No! My sales person was great and the Finance guy was great, but the other guy Nick or Ali was an arrogant xxx. Also the car came with a KARR security system, that they wanted me to pay extra for even thought the car was equipt with it already and should have come with the car. That's like charging twice for the same thing or paying taxes twice on the same purchase, but Nick didn't care and said nothing is free. As for me, I have bought at least 25 cars and an equal amount of motorcycles in my life, so I just may be an expert on the buyers side of the table. The KARR Alarm was deactivated even though it was never disclosed that it wasn't part of the deal to begin with. Maybe they should have tried to charge me for the tinted windows and whatever else they could think of? Thanks Guys, I won't be buying another car from you or recommending either. You can blame Nick or Ali. More

I found their prices considerably lower than anywhere else and I received the most money for my trade in than anywhere else. I will definitely be buying my next car from them in the future because I know I will get the best deal and will be treated right. More
Jesse went above and beyond to help my Husband and I get the car we needed to buy!! Jose in repair department set us up with Jesse last Thursday evening. I came back to Honda simply because not only is Honda an Amazing car but I remembered how Jose took care of me with prior outstanding customer service! I miss our other Honda Civic that was totaled in a car accident ( Rear ended) no fault of ours! However, Jesse made it all better on setting us up in a perfect Honda Civic for us! It's been an emotional rollercoaster for us this past couple of months and to walk into a dealership that I can count on with Awesome, caring,kind people has made me truly happy!!
