I told them when I called that I think I needed to get brakes as was on their memo as for one of the reasons I made the appointment. They told me that I should have made an appointment before the I:00 I made in order to get that done because they couldn't do it in time and I would have to leave the car I told them that we live in Mendocino. After a lengthy conversation they said they would give us a car. I said O.K. then they said they have no brakes on hand. I asked them why they didn't and they said they didn't do it that way. I repeated, when I made the appointment that I told them that your department said that I was most likely to need brakes the next time I came in. Well, they gave us a major service-$1,100 worth, still no brakes, they said come back when you can. Well, it is over a four hour round trip drive and plenty of gas, so we don't make that trip that often. I think we might do business closer to home as we need brakes. You would think that if a person asked for brakes they could tell you to come in earlier if the appointment 'took longer and have the brakes on hand to put them on if needed.
