Service for routine maintenance. Having a coupon supplied via email kept the cost very reasonable. Jose was very friendly and checked in with me while I waited. I’ll be back. Update-after my review below, I was contacted by the manager, Cory, multiple times to try and make my experience better. It was a busy couple of months so it took a while to respond (and also update thi manager, Cory, multiple times to try and make my experience better. It was a busy couple of months so it took a while to respond (and also update this review), so his follow-up was very appreciated. I scheduled a service for a battery issue in November and while I was waiting for my car, Cory came out to talk about my experience. He was very kind, listened to all of my concerns, was receptive and everything I found missing from my previous experiences. If I based my review on just this interaction, it would be 5 stars. The service to my car was good, they did a safety check and replaced the battery free of charge. I feel like the battery probably should've been checked initially, but I'm not a mechanic. The windshield wipers were also broken and not addressed during the original sale or this visit, but I just changed those myself when rain was in the forecast. So jury is still out on the service department for me due to my own experience and reading other reviews. Seems like routine things are either not checked or ignored. But wanted to update my review for the assistance Cory gave me, he made my concerns feel heard and that was appreciated. Original-The initial sale was fine. Ali was very friendly during the final part, I liked him a lot. But as soon as I got the keys to my new to me, used car, there was a warning light on the dash and a message saying the key fob battery was low. I asked the salesman about it and he said to come back to the service department and it would be like 9 bucks to change them. I literally just bought the car for $30k and I need to come back and pay to have the key fobs work? I was too tired that night to deal with it, so I just left. I Googled it and changed it myself later. Ali had setup a detailing for me later in the week since the service department had closed that night already, which was really appreciated. My CRV looked great after it, but I noticed a scratch on the back the next day (I didn't take a close look immediately around the car that day, and that was my bad. I should've inspected it right away). We tried contacting the salesman for some questions about the car alarm I was having installed the next week for my insurance and to mention the scratch, and while my partner was calling him, the salesman texted my partner to text him. Felt a bit unprofessional but ok. He was probably busy. My SO texted him the questions and it took a few hours till the salesman called back. When the scratch was brought up he brushed it off and said it was impossible it occurred during the detailing. It's automated and never happens. He then said it was probably there all along and I just didn't notice it because it was dirty when I bought it. I know it was not there, because it was right next to a dent I asked about. I would've noticed it and the car wasn't that dirty when I bought it. I really didn't appreciate just being brushed off like that. The scratch wasn't a big deal, I just wanted it addressed incase someone did it and just didn't mention it happened. I felt like it should've been mentioned. Or also entirely possible, it could've happened in the parking lot before I came to pickup my car. Not a big deal, I wasn't asking for anything, I just wanted it acknowledged. So yes, I'm happy I bought the car, I feel like it was a good deal. The woman that helped me in the service department was amazing and went above and beyond. Ali was cool. The salesman was not and his service after the fact has been rubbish. I feel like I was just a commission and as soon as the keys were in my hands, I was somebody else's problem. I won't buy a car there again. I'll go to another Honda dealership. Or Freeman, they're way nicer. The service people are super nice at Manly though. More

The people were very friendly, but I wasn’t happy about how long my oil change and tire rotation was. I had a 10am appointment and waited for my car service it wasn’t done until 12:15pm. Because it’s under warranty I bring it to Manly Honda. My other concern is I always have my tires rotated every oil change. This rotation was free this time, but next oil change your company will charge for it. The tires are from the new car I bought from you. Normally where I purchase my tires they include free tire rotation with my oil change. I would like to know why your company doesn’t do this for the customers? More
