Hello, Paul Ciardiello, General Sales Manager here, I am so sorry about your less than five star experience with our Honda dealership. As the first Honda Car dealership in America our team has always been proud of our goal of making our customers happy with their sales and service experience. We understand that the negotiation process has been part of the car industry for a long time and during these unpresidented times where inventory levels are down 90% and demand remains high we are forced to change our traditional methods of doing business to one where we choose to be one of the few dealerships in Northern California not adding an additional "Market adjustment" to make up for the lost sales and instead provide a straightforward transparent transaction with great customer service. We are looking forward to the days when we have 350 to 400 cars on the ground to choose from and returning to business as usual.
