I brought my car in for service and spoke to the employee about what I wanted. The service I expected was not performed and it took all day to accomplish very little. The service advisor told me the situation was my fault and brought up unwanted and unnecessary remarks. When I asked to clear it up with a supervisor, I was dismissed to the lobby. After buying several cars there and using Manly for service for about 20 years, I felt very disappointed. More

I have used the Honda service for 25 years and always have been good in fixing my cars. This time was unexpected and I had to wait 30 min for attention as I did not have appointment .
