They were helpful and provided a video of the car's inspection. The cost seemed expensive, especially since there were no problems. The check engine light had to be recalibrated so it won't come on whe inspection. The cost seemed expensive, especially since there were no problems. They were able to arrange a low cost ride with Lyft to take me home, but Lyft would not come back for the pick up. I arranged for my own Uber to take me back to get the car. Rad Customer service was top notch! Tried to book online the night before and it didn't go through.
