Great experience I was greeted by a happy staff member, Denise Rice within 1 minute of arriving for service. I was then directed inside to meet with Ted to get my ser I was greeted by a happy staff member, Denise Rice within 1 minute of arriving for service. I was then directed inside to meet with Ted to get my service started. All the staff were taking the extra measures for everyone’s safety (re COVID-19). I also came in contact with Mary Beth and Tracee both with smiles under their masks! I could tell by their demeanor and interaction with me. I asked Denise if she could get something out of my car and she happily obliged. Ted advised me my service could take up to 3 hours due to an issue I was having with my key fob and the extra measures they were taking with sanitizing the cars. I decided to wait outside and read. I received a text from Ted about an hour later saying my car would be ready sooner than expected. He also contacted the warranty company and confirmed my key fob was still under warranty (saving me $175 for testing and reprogramming). My car was finished in 1 hour and 45 minutes. I’ve always had great service with Manly Honda And this service was above and beyond. Thank you! More

Attentive sales personnel We initially felt no one was going to take time to talk to us; when we finally got connected with a sales person, John Hathaway, the experience comple We initially felt no one was going to take time to talk to us; when we finally got connected with a sales person, John Hathaway, the experience completely turned around. John was attentive, answered all our questions, took the time to take a test drive with us and walked us through the process. He introduce us to Josh Feinberg, who worked up the financial papers for us -- Again, we were treated with courtesy and respect. All questions were answered and in fact Josh assisted us in getting better financing than I had hoped for. This was a long process made much more pleasant by the assistance of the two men listed above. Thank you Manley Honda for having this type of employee on your staff. More
