Sales + Finance - Jacob Knight was the model of what a salesman should be. We had a brief conversation about my needs for a vehicle then he made things happen. Eric Epting has a challenging job...trying to convince buyers of the possibilities using generally accepted but poorly described data as a reference. It is by no means an easy thing to downplay the reliability of the product that a person just paid $19,000 for. I feel he was a bit heavy handed with me....I felt pressured and especially when Eric brought in a member of the service department to validate his suggestions of electronic failures and the cost of repairs? I have every confidence that Manly Honda is a highly ethical business. Bringing in service personnel immediately put a question in my mind. More
