I received a recall letter from Honda informing me they had recalled and wanted to replace my drivers side air bag. I called Manly Honda and spoke to Susan. She possess a wonderful and relentless attitude had recalled and wanted to replace my drivers side air bag. I called Manly Honda and spoke to Susan. She possess a wonderful and relentless attitude to help, even when I gave her scant information. After researching the issue, she found the answer "Honda has not began to manufacture replacement bags." Not the answer I wanted to hear, but throughout Susan remained determined to help. I had a great experience here today! I needed a new battery and brought my car in close to closing time/4PM, and everyone (I worked with Ted and Susan) was so nice and did not hurry me at all. I knew exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, how much I wanted to pay for another vehicle, and that I didn't want to invest unnecessary time haggling. Since negotiation was done prior to our arrival it was just a matter of filling out paperwork and having AJ type this info into the system - always wondered why the customer couldn't just type this info in - saving time. We were pleasantly greeted by Erik in finance to complete our paperwork. The verbiage used to have a customer purchase GAP insurance and an extended warranty was not pleasant. "Do you even know what GAP insurance is?" or the manner in which he stated "You guys look like smart people...Sign here agreeing that you do NOT want to be protected" was a bit of a turn off. Regardless, Erik was efficient with his system. AJ texted later on in the evening and congratulated us on our purchase. I stared that the key to my new (used) car had a low battery. He assured me that he'd send me a new battery. A week later a new battery plus a couple extras arrive via mail and a kind text. AJ's customer service was exemplary. More
