I had a great experience at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. I was in contact with ~10 dealerships stretching from Stockton to Yuba City and Roseville to Santa Cruz. Manly beat the second-best price I got by several hundred bucks, didn't pull any last-minute stunts or upsells, and had me in and out of the dealership on the day of pickup in under an hour, financing included. They have good Covid masking policies in place--much better than some of the dealerships I visited. It was a bit of a drive for me, but I would do it again. They've got the first Honda sold in the US (they sold it) in their showroom: it makes the Fit look like a minivan! More

Great customer service from Jennifer and America getting me help with my car trouble and my rental car. We tried to talk to Service Manager Zach, and he did not address the problem in any matter, and he pushed away our concern without even listening to what we needed to say. Incredibly unprofessional manner to address a customer concern and very terrible way to treat a customer. While attempting to talk to Zach, he cut off what we needed to say, and clapped his hands together to break away the conversation. Next time ill be bringing my business elsewhere. More

I have had tech's (not Honda) not follow proper OEM rotation directions for my tire type. Denise quickly had me in a rental car to minimize my wait time for returning to work. I was put in the same car type that I drive making it very easy to adapt. When I came in to pick up my car I was very happy to find that the rotation had been done correctly. The only thing that was incorrect was the service tech put the previous days date in place of the actual service date on the service sticker. No big deal! The oil change coupon that I used made the service cost comparable to other shops and the service was excellent. More
