Great, personable staff; great communication. Very poor policy on Safety repairs from Honda Corporate. Sinc my car was too old and had too many miles on it, safety equipment repairs were the resp Very poor policy on Safety repairs from Honda Corporate. Sinc my car was too old and had too many miles on it, safety equipment repairs were the responsibility of the owner, to the tune of over $1000.00 for a seat belt replacement. Working with the dealership was great. My complaint is with Honda’s policy of not supporting older, well maintained vehicles with the safety repair policy that was in effect when the vehicle was purchased. More

I drive from the Mendocino Coast to Santa Rosa just to work with this dealership (I am retired so to make the 100 mile drive once a year or so, is not a big deal). They "just do it right" in that the serv work with this dealership (I am retired so to make the 100 mile drive once a year or so, is not a big deal). They "just do it right" in that the service is personable, competent and quick. I have been there now 3 times for our two Hondas and my wife has been there once and we both agree that they do a very good job. And getting a car wash out of the deal is an added bonus! More
