Basic sevice was great but when putting on a new set of tires, one of the 4 tires was incorrect. When I left the dealership, m as my alarms lit up and I had to return the next am to find out why and get t tires, one of the 4 tires was incorrect. When I left the dealership, m as my alarms lit up and I had to return the next am to find out why and get the correct tire out in the car. People were nice but it was quite inconvenient. First error in over 29 years of going there! Normally I give them 5 stars. More

When I dropped off my car and got a rental, I was told that they would aim to have it done by 2pm, but when that came and went, I drove to the dealership to find out how much longer it might be only to be that they would aim to have it done by 2pm, but when that came and went, I drove to the dealership to find out how much longer it might be only to be told that it had been ready. I was a little disappointed that I never got a message letting me know it was done so that I could have gotten home sooner than I did. More
