Shyla filed the insurance/maintenance claim for me that I purchased through the dealership when I originally bought my Accord. She also made sure my vehicle was serviced on time even when I amended the order at the last minute to include the brake job (at my daughter’s insistence). Shyla also retrieved my handicap placard and other personal items that I had left in my vehicle. I highly recommend Shyla be recognized for her wonderful customer service. I can imagine her training new service reps. I think Shyla will go far in her career. She is a real asset to have at the Honda dealership! Denise also provided excellent service for the loaner vehicle, even turning on the heater for me. She was also friendly and efficient.
