Things went fairly smoothly. When I was to get my car, I was told someone would bring my car around. Horrible communication. Made an appointment to evaluate for patently coverage only to tell me when I got there that the warrant expired 3 years ago. Instead had to get someone to follow me there to be at an early am appointment. Luckily I lived close, but if I lived farther away I would have been more angry. Also, very clearly the damage is from the default of Honda even thought the warranty is expired. But no sympathy and further conversation to help. They only want your money and if it’s clear that you won’t spend your money there they turn to stone and would care less about helping you. I’ve been a Honda owner all my life with this as my 3rd Honda. I will never own a Honda again due to lack of care and support I’ve received. More
