Manly Honda has been our family’s car dealership since we moved here over 20 years ago. During those 2 decades, all our cars have been Hondas, bought from and serviced by Manly Honda. Their customer service moved here over 20 years ago. During those 2 decades, all our cars have been Hondas, bought from and serviced by Manly Honda. Their customer service is excellent, and responsive to their customers’ needs and desires. Their service representatives are unfailingly considerate, efficient, and willing to explain work needed and answer questions. And I’ve been pleased to see Manly extend employment opportunities as service reps to the extremely competent and knowledgeable women who have assisted me lately. Susan Geasland was my service rep, and she was so helpful and accommodating! She notified me as as soon as my estimate was complete, and again when work was finished, even arranging for me to pick up my car the next day. Her cheerful assistance really brightened my day, and I felt very secure that she was giving me the best possible service. She explained various options thoroughly, which really informed my decision-making. I was glad to have a woman rep to work with, since I felt I could ask even basic questions. And Susan had the answers! I really appreciated her attitude and her service. More
Every person I've dealt with has had excellent customer service, especially in the service department. Once again my car is defective and I am told it is my fault. This time it cost me $1,800. The sunroof is defective. I accidentally left the sunroof open during a very light rain. No damage what do ever t fault. This time it cost me $1,800. The sunroof is defective. I accidentally left the sunroof open during a very light rain. No damage what do ever to the interior. But, water leaked between the roof liner and the roof causing damage to the wiring, $1,800 worth. The service manager said that there was a service bulletin on the problem, but that I am responsible because I left the sunroof open. Under no circumstances should a light rain cause electrical damage. Terrible car, bad service. More
