But the very reason i took the car to the service is because of my previous review where i mentioned about noise. I was offered a rental car, which I thought is free of cost. I wasnt told its charge, but i didn't mine paying. But i drove only 15 miles in total before returning the car, but i got a charge of 18$ in credit card for driving 15 mile which is absurd. When i called, staffs are not able to give me a clear answer how its 18$ for 15 mile. It would have consumed less than a gallon for what i drove. When i tried reaching out to the person who got me the car from rental department, i wasnt able to talk over the 5 times i reached. no response for voice mail. More

This dealership never keeps their promises. I was late to work because of it. They told me my car would be ready at 2 when I dropped it off at 11 for a simple oil change.
