Terrible I ask them to not put new plug wires on and not to put air filters on, but they did it any way. They gave me back 65 dollars of the 800 dollar bill for the service. There is no reason they need to rotate the tires on a sixty thousand mile service. They don't know the last time you had your tires rotated. They never asked when you last had tires rotated. They need to hand out a sheet showing what is included in the service to be preformed and go over it with the customer before they do the service. I bought a new 2009 Subaru forester, and a new 2015 Subaru forester from maple hill auto. They make you feel like you have no say in what they do on the service. If I don't want the brake fluid changed or if I don't want air filters and new plug wires, then I don't want maple hill telling me I have no choice, they make you feel like you are a cheap skate if you want to change your air filters yourself and save thirty dollars for ten minutes of work. I decide what I want done on the service. I will not have my Subarus serviced at maple hill auto anymore. You can keep your free tire rotation. I buy my tires from kens tire in allegan. Rotation and balance are free every six thousand miles. Bell tire does the same. They also repair the tires free. More
