I had done a bit of research online about the cars I was considering yet I still had questions when I finally decided to come into the dealership. Emma was incredibly attentive and answered all my questions. I did not come to Maplecrest with the intention of purchasing. I had already been to 2 other dealers and planned on visiting 2 more. I tend to be a bit OCD about big purchases and always want to make sure I'm not purchasing with confirmation bias, I hate buyer's remorse. It's been a little more than a month and I can say I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The difference between the first 2 dealerships I visited and Maplecrest was so night and day I didn't want to even go to any other dealers. Emma made the process completely painless and listened to all of my concerns and wants. I truly could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Emma even took the time to sync my phone and show me all the features regarding entertainment and the navigation settings, making sure I knew how to do it myself before I left. I drove off the lot in my new car excited and grateful for my experience at Maplecrest. More

Stress free purchase I had been searching for a new car for weeks before finally making a purchase through Emma at Maplecrest Ford. Every other salesman I met with at dif I had been searching for a new car for weeks before finally making a purchase through Emma at Maplecrest Ford. Every other salesman I met with at different dealerships in the area tried to negotiate high prices, unreasonable fees and interest rates that were way above the average for somebody with a similar credit score as me and going back and fourth with the "finance guy" going over different prices. A friend of mine told me that he had purchased several cars through Maplecrest Ford and his experience with the staff was always great and that they never tried to hide any ridiculous fees. So I searched their website and found a certified pre owned car that I liked and called the dealership phone number in the listing. I was used to receptionists answering the phone and setting up appointments at inconvienant times. This time Emma answered the phone, confirmed that the vehicle was still available and even agreed to meet me within the same hour because I had work later that day. When I arrived Emma had prepared the original window sticker and car fax report on her desk with the keys ready for me to take it on a test drive. I explained the negative experiences that I was having with other dealerships and immediately she realized how stressed I was over making a big purchase in the middle of starting a new job. Within ten minutes emma gave me one fair price for the vehicle below the KBB value and even gave me rough idea of what interest rate I would qualify for based on my credit score. There was no starting high and seeing how much I would agree too. I recieved exactly what I wanted in one shot. I then left the dealership and came back the next day since I was already running late for work and finalized the purchase of the car. Emma again prepared all the necessary paperwork and even agreed to have a spare key made at no cost to me since the vehicle only had one set. After agreeing on an interest rate in principal the previous day, the finance person then ran my credit and got me approved for a lower rate through the bank I wanted. After all of the paperwork was complete and the sale was done Emma spent an extra almost half hour helping me sync my phone to the car and showed me every little feature on the car to make sure I did not leave without not knowing anything about the car. Overall, I highly recommend Maplecrest Ford and specifically Emma for anybody that values their time and honesty, especially people buying their first car from a dealership who isnt aware of the process. My whole experience was different than the other dealerships I visited during the last month because it was relaxed and I was never pressured into making a decision. The only negative comment I have is that I cannot rate the dealership higher than 5 out of 5. I will only being going to Maplecrest with any future purchases. I just wish I knew about this place sooner. More
