It was the exact opposite; he was given a choice of a toy car to keep and was able to play with several others at "his own desk." Olivia was great! She was knowledgeable with the car and helped us set up some of the new technology, which saved us a lot of time later. The whole process was very smooth. The service department did a great job prepping the car for us to take home. We weren't pressured into making any decisions we weren't comfortable with.
