This is my fourth lease of a new Explorer from Maplecrest. The entire staff of Maplecrest are credits to the auto industry and the nameplate. I had been dealing with the same sales consultant for almost ten years. After he retired Micky Hendrick stepped up to the plate and made sure that I will shop for cars at Maplecrest as long as I live in striking distance. The whole leasing experience was capped off with a swift, efficient, clear, and simple financial transaction handled with personality and grace by Matt Daspin.
