Didn't think they would have time to take care of the problem, just thought they'd tell me what the heck it meant ! But to my surprise, the really nice Service guy, Marvin, told me he could take care of it right then and there ! He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and printed up the actual recall latter sent to the dealership about what they were going to do in detail. Hey he even put on my new license plates that came in the mail, and I didn't even buy my car there ( they didn't have the right ZDX n stock ) . I'm very proud to have the Marin Acura plate frames on my car ! Great people, very helpful. I left very happy and didn't even mind the wait for an hour. The facilities are all so nice that I didn't even mind being there. Its obvious the dealership values their customer's time and they go above and beyond in making the place comfortable and even cozy !!! More

I traded in my second Acura MDX bought from Marin Acura to get a new one. The people there from top to bottom, including service dept. bend over backward to be helpful. When we got the car, Edmond set up everything for us...computer, lights, locks...a long list of options to get the car just the way you want it. This is a great place to buy a car! More

My husband was looking for a used car, he found an Acura TL that he was interested in. It was located at Marin Acura, Since we live in the valley he called them to get more information on the Acura, they to TL that he was interested in. He liked what he heard so he asked them what they could do to help him qualify for the car. since we lived two hours away from them he did not want to make a trip over there if he would not be able to qualify for the car. They told him to give them a little time to see what they could do, and that they would call him back in hour, and they did. they told him the deal that they could do for him with a low payment and a good intrest rate. So he told them that he wanted the car but that it would take us a couple of hrs to get there, they said no problem. When we got there they had the car ready for my husband to test drive it. After his test drive and him decideng that he wanted the car for sure, they did not waste any time in get the papers signed so that way we could be out of there soon since we had a two hour drive home. My husband and I normally do not enjoy buying cars and dealling with car sellsmen but this time we do not feel that way the staff at Marin Acura was so kind and thoughtful that we will shop there again, and we gladly recomend them to any one who wants to buy a new or used car. The car my husband bought from them is great we both love it. My thanks to them for the kindness they showed we didnot feel like we were just another sell. More

My '04 TSX needed something checked out, so while it was in the shop, I wandered over to the car lot. Greg Edwards ended up helping me out. After a test drive of a used MDX, I was interested in trading up. After an hour of back and forth negotiations, in which Greg and his sales manager were very polite and didn't play games, they accepted my terms of the trade. Since I didn't need a car that day, and I did my homework on the dealership internet connection, I stuck to my guns and I walked away with a good deal. Everyone was happy- I got the price I wanted on my trade in and on the car I bought, and the dealership got a quick sale on a used vehicle with more miles on it than many would want. Since I've dealt with dealerships that ranged from absolute crooks to professional good guys, I would put Greg and his manager squarely in the good category. My car is running great, and I'm very happy that a quick decision on my part to unexpectedly buy a car was the right choice. I would highly recommend Greg Edwards- he doesn't play games, and is respectful and good at what he does. Dean Harrend in Service is also great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks, Marin Acura! We would actually like to thank you for your management of such an excellent dealership. We had purchased an Acura from your dealership many years ago and since that time purchased another Acura from a de of such an excellent dealership. We had purchased an Acura from your dealership many years ago and since that time purchased another Acura from a dealer local to our area. We tried our local dealership and were not satisfied with our interaction. We then decided to call your dealership - even though you are over 2 hours away! I spoke with Michael Gafford by phone and we were able to purchase a new 2012 TL in about 10 minutes. It was amazing. Mr. Gafford asked what our requirements were and listened very carefully. He then told me what he could do to meet our needs as closely as possible. I had a sense that I could have asked for a slightly lower price, but did not do so because Mr. Gafford had been fair and worked to meet my needs to the best of his ability. He was "worth" any difference in price we might have gained. Mr. Gafford also delivered on each and every commitment he made to us. When he said he would call back - he did. When we arrived at the dealership, he had everything ready and also the promises he made on price were all accurate. He also introduced to every member of the dealership that would be assisting us. He looked after our comfort and met the timelines we had set. He also welcomed us with a hug and made sure everything came off expertly. Our next pleasure was when he introduced us to Steve Kerekesh. Steve made us feel we had made a perfect choice. He expressed pleasure at having driven our car from another dealership and assured us our vehicle was in perfect shape. He showed us our car with excitement and informed us about every option and feature. He very professionally worked on our paperwork and explained anything we required. But what we liked best was how personable and warm Steve was to us and our son. The highest compliment that I can pay him is that I found it hard to leave the dealership and would have liked to have dinner with him and your wonderful staff. Lastly, but certainly no less amazing, was Jean-Pierre Kabbara. He quickly and expertly worked with us on the financial aspects of the sale. He was warm and funny and it was painless. In fact it was pleasant. I have never been in a car dealership like this and hope I will not have to visit another. I will be buying another car within the next year and will now find an Acura at your dealership rather than deal with another business (and I love my Volvo, so this is saying a lot). I do not frequently write letters of this sort, since my life is overly busy, but in this case it just needed to be done. We were excited to see a business (we have our own business too) run in the way it is being run. It defies the normal car buying experience and makes it pleasant and, sincerely, we feel we have made new friends (old friends). My last comment is this: Many years ago my husband was in law school and we bought an Acura Integra from your dealership. After my husband reminded me of this - we remembered that I sent Kevin on a bus to get his new car. It is likely that I was working and could not take him. We remembered that the salesman picked my husband up at the bus station and brought him to your dealership to pick up his new car. Now that was service then and your business offers the same quality service now! It is rare and we are appreciative. If you can reward the members of your staff, we hope you will do so. They are invalueable members of your organization. While you may be thanking us - we wish to again thank you for such a positive and pleasing visit to your dealership. More

Marin Acura customer service is outstanding. Service managers take great care in reviewing the service to be performed and the results of any diagnostics and testing when the car is picked up. Estimated cost and timing is always accurate, and they provide a complimentary car wash! The waiting area is comfortable with great amenities (variety of hot beverages, big screen TV, comfortable furniture), and they're within walking distance of great shopping. Shuttle service to nearby locations is available on weekdays, and if you need a loaner, it's a great way to to experience driving some of the newer model Acuras. I highly recommend the Marin dealership for service, and have had a good experience purchasing cars there as well. I live in the east bay but will always continue to go to Marin. I can't say enough about Dean and Steve, both excellent service managers. More

A personal call from the General Manager and contact information if I had any questions or concerns, and phone as well as email from Customer Relations also wanting to ensure all is well. We have been very impressed with the Acura line and it's commitment to quality and safety. In this buying experience I can definitely state the personnel and staff equal the quality of the car.
