Awesome Customer Service I was so impressed with Dan Roque and Marvin Pagador. I was in a bind with getting my car serviced before the Memorial Day Weekend. I brought my car I was so impressed with Dan Roque and Marvin Pagador. I was in a bind with getting my car serviced before the Memorial Day Weekend. I brought my car in on Friday morning and the part I needed was already ordered and onsite. They walked me through everything, asking about anything else I may have needed done on my car. There was a slight mix up on the cost of replacing a roof molding. They were patient and listened to my side before working with me, instead of normal service dealers that just tell you what you will pay. I used another Acura location to get my car, but I will continue to use Marin for all future service, and when I am ready to buy a new car- I will definitely come to these guys! More

JP was just as good to work with on the finance side of the house. That guy should run for Mayor when he retires. The entire process was a breeze from walking in the door to driving out. I came to Marin Acura after reading really good reviews, looking to test drive and get more information on TLX's. Out came Eddie, a very friendly and knowledgeable person who helped me with everything! I worked with him and got a deal done quickly and effortlessly. Edmond was also great at making sure everything else was taken care of and never hid anything from me as I was going through all the paperwork. Great Customer Service Recovery I needed to get out of my leased Acura and saw there was a really nice used car on their lot that would fit my needs. Made a couple of offers on the I needed to get out of my leased Acura and saw there was a really nice used car on their lot that would fit my needs. Made a couple of offers on the vehicle but the sales person I was working with never followed up on my offers. I felt that my offers were not being taken seriously. I took my Acura in for a scheduled service a few days ago, saw that the vehicle I liked was still on the lot and walked in to the showroom to see if I could still make a deal on the car. Eddie was the salesperson I met and he was great! Friendly, efficient and very easy to talk to, he made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. He turned around an experience that was leading to a no sale into a sale and possible future sales. If we deal with Marin Acura in the future, Eddie will be our man!
