I am fairly new to Chicago and wanted to buy a new Jeep Wrangler. This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and also my first time purchasing a vehicle in Illinois. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and helped me pick out my dream car. Buying a new car is nerve racking as it’s such a big purchase, but Jon and the rest of the team made it seamless from the selection, to the ordering and trade in process, paperwork, etc. Since I’ve purchased the vehicle, I’ve followed up several times with questions and he has always been prompt to respond. It doesn’t hurt that he’s easy on the eyes either! Definitely recommend this dealership and Jon as your salesperson. More

They said I could come see the car shortly after closing then when I get there that sales guy totally stood me up no one knew about it and it wasn’t a close drive either. Next I get apologized by some of their team told me they will definitely take care of me. Just kidding! We move to getting close to finalizing the numbers which they kept trying to hide into just a payment so I couldn’t see the actual values. They were of course wrong - once corrected I noticed my trade was significantly under market for numerous estimates including their own and auction values. They claimed they could not offer me the appropriate trade value because I had too many incentives that I qualify for On the new car. This is absolute bs as these are all Chrysler rebates. They just wanted to be cheap. I call another dealer down the road and in 15 minutes I have a trade estimate 2k higher min more after inspection. Matching with what al other estimates show. So if you want to be stood up lowballed and scammed. Marino’s is the place for you. More
