Bought a 2016 Compass After our recent polar vortex my reliable daily driver developed some serious issues. Being a mom and an animal care specialist I need a reliable car. After our recent polar vortex my reliable daily driver developed some serious issues. Being a mom and an animal care specialist I need a reliable car. I did some searching online and found a few vehicles that caught my eye,one of them was a 2016 compass with super low miles and a very fair price. As soon as I parked my loaner car for the day Frank treated me and held the door open for me. I explained to him that I was in between clients and wanted to give him my info to start the number running process. He gathered my info, kept great a great conversation and even got the jeep ready for a test drive. This was all done within 40 minutes. Frank even had Mike (the big boss) call me to give me details on finance options. Mike even offered to have Frank come and pick me up from home to finalize the purchase. Luckily I didnt need a ride but it was one of the nicest gestures ever given to me by a car dealership. They had everything ready to sign when I got there. Frank helped me with getting insurance with a reputable company and got me to the finance department with no wait. They finance guy explained the warranties in detail and suggested the extended warranty without pressure. It's part of the reason I opted for it. The whole process was literally painless. Everything was explained in great detail. By far the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I am definitely coming back when it is time to buy the truck we are saving for. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More
