He was very nice and courteous and was not pushy what so ever!  After test driving two different types of vehicles I finally decided on the vehicle I wanted .... with that being said the negotiations started and this is one of the parts of the process I hate! Boy was I surprised Zaia got me the price I wanted to pay and never had to bring anyone in to “save the deal”.
