I paid a lot to get my car fixed (and was off of work for 2 and a half weeks) and not only am I still leaking oil (the root of my issues), the multi-point inspection was done inadequately as I noticed my bra 2 and a half weeks) and not only am I still leaking oil (the root of my issues), the multi-point inspection was done inadequately as I noticed my brakes were grinding when I got home when I was told they were all fine. I had to change my brakes myself when they could've been fixed there as much as I paid for the service and labor. I am highly dissatisfied. More

I worked with the salesperson for 3 days and drove 6 hour to purchase my vehicle at Mark Christopher. After arriving my experience was not as stated or expected. I chose to drive back home but wanted upper m to purchase my vehicle at Mark Christopher. After arriving my experience was not as stated or expected. I chose to drive back home but wanted upper management to understand my frustration. After speaking with upper management we were able to come to a deal and I ended up purchasing my vehicle. I did have an excellent purchase the second go around but wished it would have been like that from the start. In all, the dealership is very friendly and professional and took care of my purchasing needs. More
