I love them very much , my husband and me that has now passed , have used them for over 30 years or so and I would advise anyone to purchase a vehicle with them. I went in initially for a oil change and did not have the best expierence… or two hours wait time.. spilt oil on engine… just overall unsatisfactory service . I contacted Jeff Rizzo he apologized for my expe best expierence… or two hours wait time.. spilt oil on engine… just overall unsatisfactory service . I contacted Jeff Rizzo he apologized for my experience and was determined to better my expierence better. He assisted another issue I had with my vehicle with speedy service time. He also came out personally to meet me and let me know I would be taken care of. Thank you for correcting issue…and restoring good faith in your service department again. Will recommend to friends and family. More

I was disappointed with the service I received, was told it would be done in 2 hrs or less I waited decided to Uber to my office they advised they would text me when work was completed they never did so I f it would be done in 2 hrs or less I waited decided to Uber to my office they advised they would text me when work was completed they never did so I followed up to be told it was done went back for it, once there it was a quick check out but then had me wait almost 45 minutes to have them bring my car out not until I got upset and said something for the 2nd time was the car finally brought out. With the amount of dealerships around I will try and find a better option next time. More
