My husband and I came here to test drive cars. The car salesman, Alex, only addressed my husband, however he was aware it was my car we were looking for. That was irritating. During this visit The car salesman, Alex, only addressed my husband, however he was aware it was my car we were looking for. That was irritating. During this visit we did decide on which car we liked and was willing to wait for one to come in about a week later. During the waiting time, we had to initiate all notices of where the car was and never received a ETA. Finally 2 weeks later, the salesman told us the car was ready and sent us a picture of it being unloaded and said it needed to go through inspection and won’t be on the lot until the next day. We were able to get there that evening to buy it before it’s released. However, we walked into Alex in distress and making us wait for 15 minutes having no clue what was going on. Turns out they sold the car somehow. Mind you we were waiting for it and I know we couldn’t hold it, but he told us it wouldn’t be on the lot until the following day. Then Alex stated he told my husband someone was looking at it on the phone which we thought he meant the inspectors, not potential customers. He tried to blame my husband for mishearing. Then he tried to offer us a loaner that their manager was supposedly driving. I don’t understand why management is driving the merchandise for personal use? This vehicle would have taken another week to be available, which is not what we wanted to hear. Finally, he told us about used car options that worked out for us, but this experience was not pleasant or enjoyable and I will not be back for upcoming car purchases. More
