We unfortunately have two cars in the service department, one has been there over a week and the other has been there for five days. It took them at least 2 full work days to even begin looking at either ca one has been there over a week and the other has been there for five days. It took them at least 2 full work days to even begin looking at either car despite having appointments. They can't figure out what is wrong with either car, so the cars will be there even longer. Both cars are still under the manufacturer warranty and they will not even provide a loaner car. With two of our family vehicles sitting in their service bays, how are we supposed to go to work? The service at the time of sale was pretty good, but it was obvious they did not know how to deal with someone that was completely pre-approved through a credit union. Clunky comes to mind. Salesman did not help me setup the car properly... drove it home in DEMO mode, and had to return to get it set up. It has been difficult to find and order crossbars for the roof rack, and the trailer hitch. The pricing at the dealership is excessive; at least 50%-75% of aftermarket. No tinting on the sun/moon roof? It is too hot in the day to open... should come with high-end ceramic tinting STOCK! Most of my questions about the car get referred... I ask questions about how something works to the salesperson, he refers me to Service... they suggest I contact GMC. This finger pointing (not my job attitude) is making me reconsider the next purchase of a 2023 Yukon XL Denali for my company. Manufacturers and dealerships really need to adjust and provide reasonable priced products for customers... where is the manufacturer and dealership's loyalty to their customers? More

You guys were great from start to finish even at 240 miles away. We were looking for a black 3500 high country dually that no one in the Central Valley had or or was going to be getting one and you had miles away. When we inquired about it your salesman Mario got in contact with us and helped us start the process. We told Mario that we were on our way to get the truck and would be there around 6:30 not realizing you closed at 6-7:00 during the week. So between half of California’s freeways being torn up, lane closures and accidents we were running way later than planned keeping in contact with Mario and I think maybe the sales manager from the bottom of the hill “ the grapevine “on into Ontario. When we finally got there at 7:40 Mario was there at the front of the store and walked out an met us in the parking stall with the rest of your group inside ready to go. We apologized half a dozen times for being late and finding out that you close at 6-7:00 during the week and you all waited for us, most people would tell you to pound sand, we’re closed and you didn’t. Your guys were there ready to go and even kept their since humor after our late arrival. We’re very impressed by your dealership, when customer service seems to be all but a thing of the past you guys have customer service and went above and beyond the norm to take care of us. More

brought car for diagnostic service on a/c. Was told it was working at 70% and needed a new compressor. Told them Caliber was going to do the work under their Guarantee and I would pick the car Was told it was working at 70% and needed a new compressor. When I picked up the car the a/c did not work at all MC left the system empty and blowing hot air leaving me not able to drive the car during the 99+ degree heat until the repair was completed.
