The service provided was poor. I felt discriminated against because of being a woman. There was no clear communication throughout the 5 hours I was there. Dealership could care I felt discriminated against because of being a woman. There was no clear communication throughout the 5 hours I was there. Dealership could care less if problem was resolved or not. I couldn’t wait any longer after seeing my car sitting there after being told they would look into the issue further (3 hours later) so requested car back. Then tried to release car without documentation. More
