I went in initially for a oil change and did not have the best expierence… or two hours wait time.. spilt oil on engine… just overall unsatisfactory service . Went in for an oil change, came out with my Rim scratched, and did not reset my maintenance light. They returned my truck without telling me anything about it. I contacted management and actual tec scratched, and did not reset my maintenance light. They returned my truck without telling me anything about it. I contacted management and actual tech that serviced my vehicle. They did confirmed that “some of the scracthes were done by them” I was told by service tech that his manager would contact me when he made a decision. After almost 4 weeks I contacted the manager and apologized for the delay. “it slipped through the cracks” Oil light reset is not a big deal..I can do myself. I was bothered by the scratches on my rim. Manager said he would send me to a rim repair specialist. Rim would get repaired. I asked for a new rim and he insisted in taking the truck to the rim specialist and Rim would look like nothing happened. I would like to post pictures. Rim was repaired, but you can tell were it was repaired and that was my concern. I want a new rim Mark christopher. Your team was dishonest in my opinion. They returned my truck with damages. You guys do an inspection before and it looks like u guys dont do one after service is completed. Unless you guys tried to see if Customer wouldn’t notice. Needless to say…I will not be returning here for anything. Thanks for damaging my vehicle. More

The service department is very kind, helpful, and honest. My appointment was at 7:30 am and they told me my car would be ready in about an hour and a half, which it was.
