Arrived at 750 for a 8am appointment for an oil change and i drove off at 1030am. 2.5 hours. I waited in a waiting room with 4 tables, coffee machine looked old and unkept. Great experience at Mark Christopher buying a new Silverado! Sales managers were honest, helpful, and supportive. No hidden costs. I was given an OTD price that was just above MSRP, but ended with a Silverado! Sales managers were honest, helpful, and supportive. No hidden costs. I was given an OTD price that was just above MSRP, but ended with a price that was BELOW MSRP when finished with rebates. They took the time to adjust the price and consider all our options. Beyond pleased with the process from start to finish. I can't recommend Mark Christopher enough! More

Took my brand new truck in to fix a sensor. They had my truck for 2.5days without it being fixed. They said they had to get the part in and would call me back. The service was done very quickly. I did have to wait over 20 minutes after paying. They said the car was being washed.
