45 minutes to check-in car even with a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. 2 services on the invoice that said I declined them at 15:19. The service dept didn't call the house until 3:39pm so obv appointment is ridiculous. 2 services on the invoice that said I declined them at 15:19. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to bring my car out after I paid for the service. More
