Probably the worst service out of any business I’ve ever been to ever in my entire life. The communication was horrible because the service advisor had no idea how to explain what was wrong with my vehicle been to ever in my entire life. There was no estimation for a completion date. there was no estimation for a part that was ordered arriving. The service advisor to this day could never explain to me what part was needed his exact words were some sort of fuel something. After five days of being stranded with no vehicle I begged for a loaner vehicle or a rental car and another service advisor chimed in to sarcastically tell me there’s no such thing as rental cars on all of planet earth When the part finally arrived at the dealership the service advisor called me to tell me the part had arrived however the technician had not shown up for work in two days. How is the staffing of your business my problem? If you’re understaffed I suggest you hire more people or simply don’t take on any new customers that you can adequately take care of. More

Everyone was really nice except the finance manager Larry Lee. He tried to have me sign a contract with a 5.99% interest rate when my credit score is an 825 he gave me his word that he wouldn’t send to finan Lee. I spoke with my lending manager at the credit union I work for and who financed my vehicle and she told me to get a purchase order that has a date for option to buy. Larry told me they don’t do that and basically I have to go with his word. I told him I don’t trust anyone my work financed me at 1.00%. Larry was every rude with his tone and not understanding of my concerns. He was really rude with my step dad too. I have never been treated like that in my life . I will discourage anyone to do business there due to him. I gave 3 stars because everyone else was kind and professional More
