I had appt at 815am. Upon arrival I requested a shuttle back home and they do not have one anymore. They should state rhat when making a appt online. I used coupon mailed by this dealer, gave it at check-in, they didn’t apply it. Cashier said they can’t apply it, the service advisor should. But why was I not informed earlier? I could have made them fix it while my truck was there? Now I have to return to get it done! More
