Covid is over. The service department needs to be open on the weekends so they don’t tie vehicles up and leave their customers without a car for 4-5 days. I had my truck there at 7:30am on a Friday and got a the weekends so they don’t tie vehicles up and leave their customers without a car for 4-5 days. I had my truck there at 7:30am on a Friday and got a call at 3:30pm saying it wasn’t ready. So I’m stuck without a car all weekend (4th of July weekend). I was told my extended warranty expired 6-12 months ago when I was there for some kind of service. I paid out of pocket for a few repairs. The extended warranty expires from the date of your contract not from when they vehicle is manufactured. I knew it sounded incorrect but when you’re at the dealership and they say you need this, this, and this done you’re basically at their mercy and you just do it (and pay for it). Long story short I got my extended warranty out and took it down to the service department and showed them they were wrong on the date/mileage expiration. But I’m out of however much money I paid out of pocket for things that were actually covered. Definitely dissatisfied with the service department. My family has purchased 3 vehicles from Mark Christopher in the last 5 years, one of which we paid $70,000 cash. I would think we would get treated a little better. I plan on going somewhere else for service to my vehicles from now on. More

The technicians are extremely sloppy and careless. Paint on roof of my 2019 suburban was bubbling, when they repaired it they broke the rack. They have left greasy rags in my car, glove box open and lug nut tool not put back, back window open, oil splatters, and grease in car. More
Ray Peters in Service was amazing! We were on vacation in CA when our seat belt broke. We needed to drive safely back to AZ and Ray Peters made that happen!
