I called three times to schedule my service, each time someone said that the service department was busy and took my information to return my call. I did not receive a call back and had to physically go in to get an appointment. When I returned for my appointment the service was completed in a timely manner. When I picked up my vehicle, it had not been washed, which is something that is advertised by this dealership, every vehicle is returned washed after a service has been completed. I will try awfully hard to not return. More
