I was not provided reasonable explanation of how my minimal 4” suspension lift was the cause of a leaking axle seal. The lift was professionally installed and differential lowered so that axles retaine minimal 4” suspension lift was the cause of a leaking axle seal. The lift was professionally installed and differential lowered so that axles retained factory angles. This is a violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. If I received a reasonable explanation I would have had no problem paying for the repairs. Due to this lack of communication I will no longer do business with Mark Christopher Auto Center More
