Not impressed, my car is under warranty and part of that warranty is a loner car when your in in the shop. Normally they say I won’t have a car ready for 2 weeks, that’s Unacceptable. This time they said we are not loaning cars due to COVID, you can work on my car but not help your customers? I also called Crestview and they said they were loaning cars. When I picked up my car they handed my keys back with no protection, no gloves, they didn’t clean my car or even wipe it down, doesn’t seem to be very worried. This is the third time it’s been in the shop for the same thing. I had a young ladie help me out she was nice but didn’t have any idea what she was doing, everytime I had a question she would put me on hold to ask what to tell me, that made for a long call with little answer.
