Stuck between yes and no...to recommend this service center Long story short, took my truck in at 720 am...I knew it was the radiator that was leaking. But yet nothing was done. Left 2 messages to Juan. No resp Long story short, took my truck in at 720 am...I knew it was the radiator that was leaking. But yet nothing was done. Left 2 messages to Juan. No response till 320 ish. Went to pick up my truck since they didn’t do anything. Was expected to pay $155 for “diagnostics” spoke with Rodney the service manager (awesome service by him) took care of the engine light and did no charge just told me to add water since the radiator was leaking. Sent me on my way. Had another repair shop fix it in 3 hrs. More

Oil change expired? Very long wait I took our 2017 Tahoe in for an oil change because my wife called and she was told that there was one complimentary oil change remaining. When we took I took our 2017 Tahoe in for an oil change because my wife called and she was told that there was one complimentary oil change remaining. When we took the truck in, we were told that the oil change had expired (which is ridiculous in and of itself). Since we were already there, we decided to let them do the service. We were told it would be about an hour and 1/2 even though we had an appointment. Ok. We’ll wait. Almost 3 hours later our truck was finally done and had a very poor excuse for a car wash on top of it all. Not sure I’ll ever bring any vehicle we own back to this dealership based on this experience. More

Let me tell you I’m very OCD being an ex- Aircraft technician . I left my truck Juan called everyday explaining where there at. Most of the problem was under warranty great communication skills and updates . Anybody who only read negative reviews I’m telling you to trust Mark Christopher an go see Juan. AT4 with A+ Customer Service! Can’t saw enough about how well I was treated at Mark Christopher. I can remember going to MCAC to look at cars with my parents in the late 80’s and 3 Can’t saw enough about how well I was treated at Mark Christopher.
