Long Wait time and untrustworthy. I took my car in for its normal oil change and Tire rotation service and it took 3 hours when there was only 1 car in the drive before me. I also noti I took my car in for its normal oil change and Tire rotation service and it took 3 hours when there was only 1 car in the drive before me. I also notice the technician leave with my Vehicle for over 30 mins. It was around lunch so I would assume we went to lunch in my vehicle. My vehicle had 12k miles on it and I have brought it here 3 times and received extremely poor and unprofessional service each time. I will find another dealership that knows what customer service is even if I have to drive further. More
Took way too long and misinformed The procedure took way too long for a Monday night and with no other customers around, we got there at about 5 p.m. and left just before 10 p.m. we ca The procedure took way too long for a Monday night and with no other customers around, we got there at about 5 p.m. and left just before 10 p.m. we came in with a pre-approval letter from Bank of America of $27,000, we did not haggle over the sales price, we were there for almost 5 hours. We were left alone at the table in the lobby 4 to 5 times and each time we sat there for 30 to 40 minutes without a Salesman or a supervisor. I don't want to name names or throw anyone under the bus, but I think your whole system should be rethought and retrained. Our sales person had a great personality and very friendly and very insightful only negative was that he was over talkative I knew everything about him and his family by the time I walked out of there. The supervisor was very friendly and helpful, I would have to say too helpful we came in with a B of A pre-approved letter with a 3.68 interest rate for a used car or a 3.26 for a new car the supervisor assured us he could get us that 3.26 interest rate on a used car if we let him contact B of A because " Mark Christopher works a lot with Bank of America ", at that point my wife said that she would prefer to deal with it herself because we're Platinum members with well over six figures in our savings account. And she didn't want to run our credit again, he assured us that he could get it done, so we sat there for another 40 minutes and to no avail he couldn't do it, which didn't make my wife very happy at all, we got into the financial office after 4 hours so we were pretty upset and frustrated our patients had ran out, so your financial person sensed our frustrations and in return decided to Fight Fire With Fire and was not very friendly or professional, one problem was the Carfax that we requested didn't represent what we were told by the salesperson or their supervisor, the biggest problem was my wife requested $27,000 Bank of America pre-approval letter knowing that we could have asked for more, so when the sales price with taxes and license came in at $27,900. The Financial Manager set the best he could get us was a 4.9 interest rate because Bank of America was closed at the time and it wasn't his fault that Bank of America close at 6 pm. That's only a short brief statement of the frustrations that we experience at Mark Christopher as a returning customer, I've bought two other vehicles there, needless to say I was contacted Tuesday and asked to come in to rewrite the contract for the 3.6 interest rate that we came in with, that was a more pleasant experience and a lot quicker and a lot friendlier.
