Fast Turnaround Nick returned our phone call at 2PM on Saturday. Alex sold my husband and I a vehicle and when I had questions he didn’t respond to my email and avoided us when we returned to the dealership the next day. He was definitely there but managed to send his manager Joe to answer our questions and concerns. Joe did a great job answering our questions and concerns but our final inquiry was about a missing First Aid Kit as well as the tire wheel lock and tools that come with a vehicle’s spare tire. Joe indicated he would follow up and definitely get the items to us. This has not happened. I emailed Joe as well to follow up to our conversation, no response—absolutely disappointing. It has been over several business days and my next step is to reach out to the General Manager, BBB and other businesses, social media outlets that are designed to address consumer concerns/issues. First time visit.. Overall, the center and the people were great! No issues tgere. However, I was given a service quote and told it was "out the door!" Once I went in to pick up my vehicle, I was told it would be a higher cost. My only point is that if yiu tell a customer a cost as "Out the door total" then, honor that amount. Thanjs very much! More
