Horrible I had an appointment at 8 AM. I checked in at 7:50 AM with Jackie. By 9:30 AM no one still had come to speak to me so I went to find out the status. I had an appointment at 8 AM. By 9:45 my vehicle was found but still not had the car wash. It would have been another 15 to 20 minutes. You do the math with how long I had to wait even with an appointment. Customer service skills are horrible even at the checkout counter. She could not go over the recommendations with me because she didn’t know what it meant. I will not recommend To anybody. In fact I will tell people to go elsewhere and my honest truth about how I was treated. More

We set an appointment with Alex to appraise my trade in, he immediately got this done and arranged to have the vehicle I was interested available. Alex worked hard for us, we went back and forth during the process, they were fair and we made a deal. Alex had the Escalade detailed at the dealership and drove the car out from Ontario to my office in Brea, where we did the final paperwork and closed the deal.
