My Experience was horrible. I just purchased a new truck with 0 miles and and within the week with 400 miles it’s already at a dealership because transmission was already worked I just purchased a new truck with 0 miles and and within the week with 400 miles it’s already at a dealership because transmission was already worked on on the brand new vehicle service department probably didn’t do their inspection right all the screws were messed with, and they were highlighted with the purple marker, so why would a vehicle like that to me? I will never buy a vehicle from the dealership again and I did contact GM. And i didnt not take it back to them to work on it i dont trust there service department And still till this day my truck anit fixs and the own or who ever top boss has contact me yet More
Our sales rep was great to work with, we live out of the area and negotiated everything over the phone and signed the paperwork when we arrived. We purchased a Cadillac Lyriq. area and negotiated everything over the phone and signed the paperwork when we arrived. We purchased a Cadillac Lyriq. More

The sells guy was touchy and put his hand on my leg and kept making me uncomfortable. Not all of the workers did this just one so be careful who buy a car from. More
Taylor was great to work with and Larry made signing a breeze with his million dollar electronic desk. We were not quite ready to buy but Taylor kept bringing new vehicles until we changed our minds. He l breeze with his million dollar electronic desk. We were not quite ready to buy but Taylor kept bringing new vehicles until we changed our minds. He listened to my wife and I during our test drives and kept solutions coming our way. No pressure but he worked hard for the sale. Overall a great experience. Hundreds of vehicles to choose from. The 2 stars are for the clean and professional experience and demeanor of the office service agent. I was dissatisfied with my experience in June ‘24. I was quoted 1-2 days for service, a diagnostic. It took and demeanor of the office service agent. I was dissatisfied with my experience in June ‘24. I was quoted 1-2 days for service, a diagnostic. It took 2 full days (of not having transportation for work). My car sat untouched the entire first day. I dropped it off at 10am. I found that out only because I called to ask the morning of day 2. By 2pm on day two is when someone finally got to my car and by 4:50pm is when I received the findings. All communication, which was minimal, took place via text which I did not like care for. A text at the end of day 1 to say, there was no update on my car. In my opinion intentionally vague and ambiguous language, rather than just saying no one has worked on it yet. Day 2 I made first contact. I prefer people to be transparent and forthcoming. I also want to add that I quoted 1-2 days on a phone inquiry. But upon arrival was asked if I would be waiting. Why would I sit and wait a full day? Maybe that’s a default question asked to everyone or maybe had I waited it would have been worked on same day. Guess I’ll never know More
